Common tasks that are typically included in this service are:
- Changing/Laundering: We’ll replace all towels, linens, and bedding to ensure they are fresh and clean for the next guest. We can also launder the items used by the previous guest.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces: We’ll take care of countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and floors.
- Dusting and vacuuming: Furniture, carpets, hard floors and other dust collecting surfaces and areas will be wiped down and rugs vacuumed.
- Cleaning and disinfecting any kitchen appliances (exterior): Refrigerators, ovens, and other appliance surfaces will be tackled and we’ll take of the inside and outside of microwaves.
- Trash and recycling bins are emptied and clean: Anything disposed of by the previous guests will be removed and the bins cleaned.
- Checking for any damages or maintenance issues and reporting them to the host: We know that you might not be able to check your rental between guests, so we can help by reporting any damage so that you can take action.
