Nope! As long as you have a way to let us in when you’re not home, you don’t have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, but they’re on a schedule, so they may not have much time to chat.
It’s up to you! We can customize a plan that suits you – weekly cleanings, every other week, 3-week rotations or monthly service are all options. Each home is custom quoted based on your needs and the frequency of the cleaning.
Yes, please! Here are a couple of steps you can take prior to our arriving to help us clean without a hitch.
- Make your home accessible, such as leaving a hidden key if someone isn’t going to be home to let us in. Also, please turn off your alarm system (if applicable).
- Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. This will help you to avoid additional charges if you haven’t requested housekeeping services.
