The frequency of cleaning depends on your individual needs and the level of traffic in your space. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services to accommodate your preferences.

By booking online through our booking tool, you can select the frequency that you’d like to have your space serviced by one of our cleaning professionals. By choosing an available date, preferred time window and frequency interval, we will automatically continue with that scheduled cleaning. For example, if you choose to book on Monday, March 27th, with a weekly frequency, we will continue with your cleaning each Monday.

We know that things are hectic, and the last thing you need is another administrative thing to do. That is why we’re offering automatic billing. Upon the completion of services, we will process the card on file for the charges incurred for the cleaning services rendered. If we are unable to process your payment, we will reach out via email to arrange for an alternate payment method to be added to your account.

We love pets, but sometimes pets might not love us! We ask that when our team is due to attend your property that any pets be secured and away for the duration of the clean. This will allow our staff to efficiently fulfill their responsibilities.

In order to provide the best cleaning experience possible – we need to be able to provide our team with the tools they need for the job, which does require some scheduling and planning. It is for this reason that we request that cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service will incur a $125 charge while services that are rescheduled within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee.
